Course access starts when your payment is confirmed. Most courses give you lifetime access, but some special workshops might have time limits - we'll always tell you upfront which type it is.

If a course gets full or cancelled (which rarely happens), we'll either move you to the next available session or give you a full refund. Your choice!

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and PayPal - whatever works best for you.

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't completed more than 25% of the course. After that, we can't offer refunds, but we're always happy to help if you're having trouble with the material.

If your payment fails or gets disputed, we might need to temporarily suspend your access until we can sort things out. Just contact us and we'll help fix any payment issues quickly.

When you buy a course, you get the right to access and use all the materials for your own learning. You can watch videos as many times as you want and download resources for personal use.

The pixel art you create during our courses is totally yours! You can use it in your portfolio, sell it, or do whatever you want with your own artwork. We just ask that you don't share our course materials with others.

Please don't record our videos or redistribute our tutorials. We work really hard to create quality content, and sharing it for free makes it harder for us to keep making new courses.

All our course content - videos, tutorials, templates, and resources - belongs to ArtSkillLab. We've put a lot of time and effort into creating these materials to help you learn pixel art effectively.

You're welcome to reference our techniques and apply what you learn, but please don't copy our course structure or materials to create competing courses. That wouldn't be cool.

If you think someone is using our content without permission, or if you believe we've accidentally used something that belongs to you, please let us know right away so we can fix it.

We want ArtSkillLab to be a positive place where everyone can learn and grow. Please be respectful to instructors and other students in any community features or comments.

Don't use our platform to share inappropriate content, spam, or anything that might harm other users. Basic internet etiquette applies - treat others how you'd want to be treated.

If someone's being disruptive or inappropriate, please report it to us. We want everyone to have a good learning experience, and sometimes that means removing people who can't follow these basic guidelines.

You can close your account anytime by contacting us. We'll be sad to see you go, but we totally understand if our courses aren't the right fit for your needs.

We might need to terminate accounts if someone repeatedly violates these terms or does something that could harm our platform or other users. We don't want to do this, but sometimes it's necessary.

If your account gets terminated, you'll lose access to courses and materials. That's why we always try to work things out first before taking this step.

We work really hard to make sure our courses are high-quality and our platform runs smoothly, but sometimes technical issues happen. We can't guarantee that everything will always work perfectly.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or service. We can't be responsible for any indirect damages or losses that might happen from using our platform.

These terms are governed by Canadian law, specifically the laws of Quebec where our business is located. If we ever have a serious dispute, we'll try to resolve it through mediation first.
